RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All carts, discs, consoles, and accessories we send out are 100% cleaned, tested and fully working before we ship. We carefully inspect, photograph and document all our products during the testing process to ensure the products are genuine, safe and fully working as expected.

95% of the products we supply are preowned/used, and obviously being retro/classic items from the 80’s-90’s have had some wear and tear in their lifetime, whilst we endeavor to only provide the best quality pre-owned products, some items do have scuffs, scratches, tears or peeling labels, dents, markings, cracks, blemishes or minor superficial damage, missing manuals, missing boxes, broken or cracked covers, smashed, cracked or broken jewel cases (CD Cases).

We do not take responsibility for any excessive damage caused in transit by the postal or shipping company or after you have received the products.

30 DAY RETURNS OR REFUND

If you genuinely believe you have a non-functioning item contact us within 30 days and we will be happy to replace or refund the product.

All replacement requests are on a case by case basis and at our sole discretion, but we will always do our best to help out. We will not entertain any requests for over 30 days. Any returns we receive are shipped back at the buyer’s cost.

To eliminate fraud we do record all serial numbers, unique identifiers and photograph all our items. We also mark our products internally or externally with UV or other invisible identifiers to help control, manage and identify our own stock in such cases of return claims.

180 DAY BUYER PROTECTION WITH PAYPAL

Purchase Protection covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used through our website.
